Brenda Spencer, 38, and Brandon Mosley, 41, are now in custody, facing severe charges related to the alleged prolonged abuse and confinement of Spencer’s daughter.

Camden County prosecutors revealed that the victim was allegedly forced to withdraw from school in 2018, effectively ending her formal education before she completed the seventh grade. Tragically, the victim’s 13-year-old sister was also found in the home. Like her older sister, she had also been withdrawn from school several years prior. Prosecutors have confirmed that both sisters are now safe and receiving the necessary support.
