Stocks up, oil down
Around midday, European stock markets continued to rise, with the price of oil falling. The Dax gains 2.55%, the Ftse100 1.73% and the Cac40 2.08%. Among the best Milan where the Ftse Mib rises by 2.71% to 45,219 points. On the main list, MPS (5.15%) and Mediobanca (5.36%) are driving the increases. The other banking stocks are also following suit with Unicredit (+5.07%), Bper (+4.78%), Banca Mediolanum (+4.27%), Popolare di Sondrio (+4.23%) and Bpm (+4.09%). Prysmian (+4.67%) and STM (+4.3%) are also well bought. Only title in red Eni which leaves 1.52% on the ground in the wake of the drop in crude oil.
On the raw materials front, oil continues to decline with US crude traded at 87.90 dollars a barrel (-7.66%) while Brent fluctuates around 90 dollars (90.70), down 8.35%.
