Iowa vs. Rutgers predictions, picks for college football Week 4
Chad Leistikow, Hawkeyes columnist: “The Hawkeyes’ last trip to Rutgers included two defensive touchdowns, so it feels like the turnover category is due to flip Iowa’s way. Kamari Moulton’s expected return to the backfield will make a big difference for the Hawkeyes, and look for punter Rhys Dakin to have a quietly important impact after having his only punt blocked last time out. Iowa 27, Rutgers 16.” (full prediction column)
