“This has kinda become some sort of fun tradition that we’re doing on my tour,” she explained. “I’m so excited to announce a special guest.I’m such a massive fan. Give it up for Megan Moroney!”
The 27-year-old “Tennessee Orange” singer, Megan Moroney, appeared on stage in cowboy boots, carrying a bedazzled guitar.
Sitting on stools, the two artists performed Moroney’s song “6 Months Later,” released in June. The song, about exes returning after a breakup, has become a favorite among fans.
McRae sang the first verse as Moroney played guitar, “Let me set you the scene, November, circa 2019 / Put a hole in my heart, watched it bleed.”
They harmonized on the chorus: “When you couldn’t care more, I couldn’t care less / You’re a little too late to the party (little too, little too late), heartbreaker / What doesn’t kill you calls you six months later.”

After Moroney’s departure, McRae launched into a final set featuring “Exes,” “She’s All I Wanna Be,” and “Revolving Door,” the latter accompanied by choreography involving illuminated, moving doorframes.
McRae concluded the main set with “It’s Ok I’m Ok” before returning for an encore that included “Just Keep Watching,” and “Sports Car” – a song reminiscent of early 2000s club anthems, which McRae recently performed at the VMAs.
“Greedy,” the final song, showered the arena in white confetti as McRae and her dancers ascended on a moving platform.
McRae sang: “so sure of yourself, baby, don’t get greedy.”
Despite the song’s message, the Nashville audience clearly wanted more.
