Actor Ken Watanabe (66) appeared as a guest on Nippon Television’s “Oshare Clip” (Sunday 10:00 p.m.) on the 9th. He revealed the reason why he moved to Nagano Prefecture.
Watanabe moved his resident card to Nagano Prefecture in 2019 and lives at his home in Karuizawa. He said that he entered the studio from Nagano that day and would return to Nagano after recording.
Watanabe said, “I wish I could stay forever, but the dog comes first.I want to be in an environment where the dog can run around the fields and mountains as much as possible, so I’m the only one who comes and goes.”
When MC Hiroe Igeta asked, “So, are you going home today for your dog?”, she replied with a smile and nodded, “That’s right. Dogs come first.”
