The Dana judge is in a hurry to know if an advisor to Salomé Pradas keeps the videos that he supposedly recorded of the meeting of the Integrated Operational Coordination Center (Cecopi) on October 29.

The Lawyer of the Administration of Justice, in an ordering procedure issued this Tuesday, has summoned Marco Presa Pasquinucci, former general affairs advisor to the Pradas cabinet and specialized in digital communication, on November 14. Presa was already part of the list of witnesses without a date for her testimony.

The magistrate, faced with the revelation that the popular advisor had recorded videos of Cecopi, has accelerated his appearance. Furthermore, the instructor according to an order issued this past Mondayintends to ask you to provide the audiovisual material that you keep “either on your phone or on any other device owned by you or the Department.”

The Catarroja court has summoned 16 more injured parties (relatives of victims or those injured in the crime). On the other hand, the same planning procedure incorporates into the procedure an expansion of a paragraph of the statement of Miguel Polo, president of the Júcar Hydrographic Confederation (CHJ), from last October 19.

In a record procedure, the Attorney for Administration of Justice breaks down a response from Polo to one of the parties in which the president of the CHJ states that the Forata dam is not a critical infrastructure.
