THE CLEVELAND/BRADLEY COUNTY Retired Teachers Association recently held its bimonthly meeting at the Elks Club, where guest speaker Ashley Lindsey, director of Isaiah House in Cleveland, discussed the children who reside at the facility temporarily until they are placed with foster families.
