The coffee shop has entered the market by launching a mobile app aimed at the initial 2030 generations, and has since expanded its customized services by adding functions such as ‘Pet Tax Spectator’ and ‘Dongne Story’. In addition, the company provides cheonsei and trading price information by region through content that visualizes data such as ‘cafe map’ and ‘apartment cafe map’.
Another key factor that enabled the growth of the cafe is that it is a coexistence with partner official brokers. In 2022, the company signed a business agreement with the Korea Certified Brokers Association (Han Gong -hyeop) and sought practical cooperation plans to create a safe and transparent real estate transaction environment. The following year, the company strengthened the partnership by providing practical benefits such as advertising discount promotions for the association’s brokers.
Last year, the company introduced the automatic production function of AI -based for sale to support the registration. This function will automatically analyze and enter major keywords and features when registering for sale to increase the work efficiency of brokers.
In addition to the app -based services, the coffee shop is also striving to expand its contact with the 2030 user through marketing activities such as festival sponsorship, pop -up store, and pharmaceutical collaboration.
