The composition of the SGS, commercial department VI-5 canceled the election of Vesela Lecheva as the chairman of the BOK at the general assembly on March 19. The election of the executive bureau and the control board have also been cancelled.
The decision is on the consolidated case 20251100900591 on the claims of Belcho Goranov, Plamen Krastev, Atanas Turev and Hristo Markov.
The decision was made in the presence of Vesela Lecheva and Slavi Binev as third parties – helpers.
The decision is subject to appeal to the Court of Appeal within two weeks of the delivery of the decision to the parties.
