US Secretary of State Rubio held talks with British Foreign Secretary Cooper, as reported by the US State Department.
As Vesti.az reports, during the meeting the parties emphasized their commitment to close coordination of efforts aimed at achieving sustainable peace between Russia and Ukraine, and also confirmed their readiness to continue supporting Kyiv.
Diplomats paid special attention to the situation in the Middle East amid ongoing tensions, declaring the need for further cooperation to strengthen regional security.
Additionally, Rubio and Cooper reaffirmed the importance of maintaining a free and open Indo-Pacific region, based on the principles of international law and the rule of law.
The State Department emphasized that the United States and Great Britain intend to continue joint actions in all designated areas of foreign policy.
