It is recommended that people go for a check-up with the dentist at least twice a year, which is good for taking care of dental health, especially now that we are in the holiday season.

This is because at this time, people tend to eat all kinds of things, especially sweets, candy, alcoholic beverages and other types of things that put oral health at risk.
