The proceeds were given to the Volunteer Group against Cancer “AgaliaZO” for the needs of the Group. The presidents Dimitra Chrysanthopoulou and Katerina Polykreti would like to thank their members and friends who honored them with their presence. “The Love Tea was held for a good cause, as you know the proceeds we collected we gave to the Volunteer Group against Cancer “AgaliaZO”. We are very pleased, as people responded to this call. We are also organizing a new event around May 20th, we will talk about it in time. Our desire is to acquire new members and to have cooperation with Patras groups. We look forward to collaborations. The band will pay back their fans in Zagreb, London and Dusseldorf.
The group Depeche Mode, which in May of this year canceled nine dates of its world tour, due to the illness of frontman Dave Gehan, announced on its official website new dates for three of the cities. The rescheduled concerts will take place in February 2010. These are Zagreb (February 14), London (February 20) and Düsseldorf (February 26 and 27, 2010). For the other concerts that failed, incl. the one in Sofia, no information.
Tickets for the canceled concerts in Zagreb, London and Düsseldorf will also be valid for the new dates. In Bulgaria, for nearly a month, all ticket holders for the concert planned for May 18 can return them to the places where they bought them.

Four of the court’s seven judges voted Thursday to overturn the verdict, which relates to the rape and sexual assault of two women, a production assistant and an actress. The events occurred in 2006 and 2013.
– We have worked very hard for this and it is a huge victory for every criminal defendant in the state of New York, says Weinstein’s lawyer Arthur Aidala to AP.
The court considers that the judge in the case committed a gross miscarriage of justice by allowing the prosecution to call witnesses who accused Weinstein of molesting them – without the allegations being part of the actual indictment. These are three women, whose testimony was part of the prosecution’s attempt to show that Weinstein repeatedly committed abuse. His attorney has argued that this influenced the jury when the verdict was reached.
According to the Court of Appeal, the film producer has thus not been given the opportunity for a fair trial.
“The answer to these serious mistakes is a new trial,” the court writes.
It is now up to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg to decide whether to retry the trial.
