The National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) is seeking a Sport Operations and championships Associate to assist with various aspects of sports management and championship execution.
Job Responsibilities
The Sport Operations and Championships Associate will be responsible for individual sports planning,including national and invitational championship logistics and execution.this includes athletics communication activities such as statistics, content writing, social media, national rankings, student-athlete awards, and website maintenance.

Duties include oversight and assistance with Sport Committee meetings,National Championship and National Invitational host calls,and onsite operations for assigned events. The associate will also prepare pre-championship packets,coordinate with external vendors,and manage championship site travel.
Qualifications
Candidates must have an Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and professional experience in athletic management, sports details, or related fields. Strong skills in customer service, association, leadership, planning, and conflict management are essential.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, social media platforms, statistical input entry, and website maintenance is preferred. The ability to communicate effectively,both verbally and in writing,is crucial for establishing positive relationships with NJCAA membership and staff.
