The company’s capital remains set at 16,000 euros, divided into 100 shares with a value of 160 euros each. The key change is that these shares are now fully released.

Administration

Previously, the direction was provided by a single manager, Mr. Brice Rousset. The new administration structure designates La SARL R3 Strategie as the President. La SARL R3 Strategie is a limited liability company with a capital of 30,000 euros, located at 76 ALLÉE Languedoc in Guilherand -Granges – 07500, and registered in the RCS de Aubenas under the number 932 629 777. Mr. Brice Rousset represents La SARL R3 Strategie in his capacity as Manager and sole partner.

Voting Rights and Share Inalienability

Voting rights attached to the shares are proportional to the capital they represent, with each share granting the right to one vote. Collective decisions require a majority of three-quarters of the votes from the partners.

The shares are inalienable for a period of one year. Any transfer of capital or securities giving access to capital to a third party is subject to prior approval by the community of partners.
