Definitely a more than positive round for Codogno who beat Accademia Pavese 4-1 and took advantage of a series of negative results from almost all of their pursuers to gain ground and aim decisively for the platonic title of winter champion. Tassi’s team rises to 32 and only Tritium remains in their wake at 29. Azzurri lead with Dragoni’s third league goal, Tomella scores a brace becoming the team’s best scorer with 6 goals. In addition to Villa Santa’s second goal in the league, for the first time there was also a goal from an opposing team which ended their unbeaten run in home games. Not bad considering the defeats of Academy Calvairate (2-3 at home against Assago), Baranzatese (0-2 at Cinisello), Caravaggio’s draw with Cisanese and Ponte SP Mapello’s defeat against Tribiano. Furgeri‘s team returns to winning ways after six rounds and does so by achieving a prestigious result thanks to Delle Fave’s eighth goal of the championship. The opponents create opportunities, Catanzaro saves a penalty kick, Miola hits a post and the final success allows the yellow and blue to catch up with Zingonia Verdellino in eighth place at 21 points. However, Fanfulla fails to win points against Tritium who closes the matter already during the first half of the game. Accademia Pavese and Casteggio (beaten at home 3-1 by Seregno) remain at the post at plus 4 and plus 3 compared to the 8 of the bianconeri, while Fucina gains a point reaching the latter at 11 thanks to the 2-2 draw with Zingonia Verdellino.
