The current SAT.1 Bayern voter check at the start of 2026 (05.01.26) confirms a successful start to the year for the FREIEN WÄHLER. If there were a state election on Sunday, the FREE VOTERS would get 12 percent. Bavaria remains the country with the most stable government in Germany.
Munich. Hubert Aiwanger, state chairman of the FREIEN WÄHLER Bavaria and deputy prime minister, says: “This is a good start to the year. Down-to-earth politics with common sense pays off. We stand for reliability, for a strong economy, for medium-sized businesses and internal security – that’s exactly what the people of Bavaria expect.”
Aiwanger further emphasizes: “Bavaria shows that stability and pragmatic solutions work better than ideological experiments. We focus on homeland, performance, regional value creation and good prospects for employees in cities and rural areas. The FREIEN WÄHLER are the source of ideas for a stable government. We don’t want red or green participation in the Bavarian state government even after 2028.”
Hans Martin Grötsch, General Secretary of FREIEN WÄHLER Bayern, adds: “The numbers show: People appreciate a policy that takes care of medium-sized businesses, crafts and the economy. This is an important signal, also with a view to the local elections in March, which are about strong communities and livable regions.”
The FREIEN WÄHLER see their course confirmed by the voter check and continue to focus on responsible government work for a strong Bavaria.
