SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) – Country music fans get ready… Zach Bryan is set to take over Notre Dame Stadium this weekend!
Ahead of the big show, event organizers want to remind you that it will feel a lot like a Notre Dame home football game.
There will be an increased police presence to help maintain safety and to help maintain traffic flow on the roads surrounding campus.
Organizers say they are excited to bring the country star to town.
“It’s all about vibrancy and a sense of place,” says Lee Sicinski, executive director of event management at Notre Dame. “Certainly, here at Notre Dame, we feel like we have that, but also giving to the entire community something fun to do and creating that vibrancy and things that people want to do. From a day to day living perspective, we think it’s just something fantastic to bring to our community.”
The concert is scheduled to begin on Saturday night at 7 p.m., but parking lots open at noon. According to event organizers, the show is nearly sold out.
