Trump, Ukraine War: Calls for End – News

by Archynetys World Desk

War in Ukraine is a shame, I want it to end.” This was stated by President Donald Trump from the Oval Studio, expressing confidence in the possibility of reaching an agreement to end the conflict. “We will complete the work,” he said, remembering that he has already put an end to seven wars and defining the Ukrainian one as “the simplest” to be resolved. Trump has assured that the United States will provide security guarantees to Kiev, underlining the commitment to “save lives” and the will to act concretely. He also highlighted the central role of Europe in the resolution of the conflict: “European countries want to be at the forefront and see the war ending”.

The president then commented on the maxi blitz conducted by the immigration authorities in a Hyundai plant in Savannah, Georgia, during which 475 workers entered “illegally in the United States” were arrested. A hard warning to Venezuela also arrived from the oval studio: “military planes threatening the US forces in the area will be demolished”.

Speaking of the crisis in the Middle East, Trump has launched a warning to Hamas: “If he does not free all the hostages it will be ugly”. He added that the negotiations are in a very advanced phase, specifying, however, that the management of the situation “depends on Israel”.

Finally, he announced that the next top of the G20 will be held in Miami, Florida, underlining that the United States had not hosted the event for twenty years. At the end of July CNN and Blomberg had revealed that Trump intended to host the summit in his Golf Club Doral, in the Miami area. The president had planned to host the top of the G7 in the same resort in 2020 during his first term, but in the end he changed his mind after the wave of indignation for the decision to use his property, which had raised fears for potential conflicts of interest.
