The platform TikTok has reached a legal settlement with a young plaintiff that accused the social network of promote addiction by consuming its content. After the precedent set by Snapchat, TikTok becomes the second technology giant to agree out of court in this massive case. With this resolution, the Legal pressure now falls on Meta and YouTubethe only companies that have not yet reached a deal in the process by the impact of its algorithms.
