The defense minister in Israel comes with one last warning to residents of Gaza city and requires them to leave the city. Those who remain will be considered terrorists and terror support players.

“This is the last opportunity for residents of Gaza who want to move south and leave Hamas members isolated in Gaza City,” Defense Minister Israel Katz said in a statement on Wednesday.

He warns that those who remain will be considered terrorists or terrorists’ supporters.

As late as a month ago, over a million people lived in Gaza city, according to The Guardian. In mid -September, the Israeli military estimated that 480,000 inhabitants had left the city.

The UN stated a lower figure and estimated that over 250,000 people had traveled from Gaza city.

Israel has stepped up its offensive in Gaza city while Hamas is considering the latest peace proposal from US President Donald Trump.

The International Red Cross Committee reported on Wednesday that they temporarily stop their work in Gaza City because of the fighting. The organization’s employees in the city are moved to other places.
