Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the death of a 17-year-old male in PINE TOWNSHIP. Authorities say there is no immediate threat to the public.
A 17-year-old male was discovered deceased at a residence in PINE TOWNSHIP, Pennsylvania, on Thursday morning, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
Troopers from the Bloomsburg Station were dispatched to the scene at approximately 7:21 a.m. after a report of an unresponsive male was received.
“Authorities have stated that the incident appears to be isolated, and there is no immediate threat to the public.”
The Troop N Major Case Team is heading the inquiry, with assistance from the Columbia County District Attorney’s office.
