“We see a change in the structure of war and an increase in its technological level. We observe that war has become so technological that now it is drones of all types that dominate the battlefield. Their quantity and quality have increased,” commented Sirski.
According to him, the Russian forces have created a significant number of specialized battalions, regiments, brigades and continue to acquire greater capability.
However, the Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to increase the level of unmanned forces, which led to a significant increase in Russian losses.

“The corps system also began to function, and the troops became more manageable and more efficient. Corps commanders conduct their actions, the management system became simpler,” Sirsky adds.
The Commander-in-Chief notes that this has indeed increased Russian losses.
“We can state what they themselves declare: that they fulfilled the plan for the completion of their armed forces 100%. According to the plan, it was a mobilization of 406 thousand people. At the same time, we can state that their losses are 410 thousand, even a little more,” emphasizes Sirski.
At the same time, the general noted that if in the first months of 2025 there was a monthly increase in the grouping of Russian troops by about 7-9 thousand, then in the last six months the number of the grouping of Russian forces varied at the level of 710-711 thousand.
“This shows that even the realization of all of them [мобилизационни] plans does not allow them to increase the number of troops,” notes Sirski.
He adds that the Russians really have problems recruiting people. “This is due to the efficiency of our troops. The latest figures show that the daily losses are on average 1,000-1,100 people,” Sirsky points out.
At the same time, he confirms the information that the Russians are losing approximately six times more soldiers than the Ukrainians.
“It’s true. This is the difference in terms of those killed. This is the total figure for all the armed forces,” emphasizes Sirski.
