Al-Marsad newspaper: The White Land Fees Program revealed that invoices for fees for lands subject to the fee in the city of Riyadh will be issued on January 1.
He explained that when the tax is issued on his land, the taxpayer can apply for an additional period for development, and the additional period is granted after the approval of the competent committee in accordance with the approved controls.
The former Vice Chairman of the National Committee for Building Code, Engineer Abdel Nasser Al-Abdullatif, had explained that the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing is working to postpone the payment of fees for white lands and vacant properties for up to four years, in order to give landowners an additional period to develop them.
