Al-Marsad newspaper: Human Resources Advisor Badr Al-Anazi revealed that a person who receives a salary of 4,000 riyals cannot live in Riyadh.

He said during his appearance on the “Nomu” podcast: “I swear to God, whoever takes a salary of 4,000 riyals cannot live in Riyadh, because it is not like any other small region.”

He added: “Riyadh is very difficult, and it is difficult to live in Khobar, Dammam, and large areas on a salary of 6 or 4 thousand.”
Developing regions
He concluded his speech: “Developing areas are increasing dramatically and rents are increasing,” asking: “How is 4,000 a minimum?”
