Reddit Ads: Paramount Tests Interactive Format

Interactive Ads will roll out to all managed advertisers in 2026. The self-serve experience will roll out more gradually, beginning with alpha testing.

The debut arrives at an especially energetic moment in the platform’s 20-year history. Conversations on the platform are increasingly surfacing in AI-generated responses from Google and ChatGPT, incentivizing brands to flood the platform, seeking out ways to extend the reach of their messages. One agency, indie shop Tinuiti, told ADWEEK that its spend on the platform has spiked 40% since last year.

Meanwhile, the company’s third quarter earnings, posted last week, blew past Wall Street projections. The company recorded a 68% year-over-year lift in revenue, to $585 million. The platform has hit its 40% profitability target just a year after going public and raised its outlook for the rest of 2025.
