PSNI Offers Payments to Officers and Staff Following Data Breach

In response to a significant data breach that exposed personal details of nearly 10,000 police officers and staff in August 2023, the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) offered a universal payment of £500. The data leak was a consequence of a flawed response to a freedom of information request.
