Cinema, even more present in 2025
Table of Contents
Since its creation, Pelliculive has given a place of choice to the 7th art. But this year, the festival is taking a course. The kick -off will be given with The screening of the trailer for the film “A taxi for Spain“first feature film shot directly in Palauda park, on the site of the festival. The directors Romain Broch and Pauline Cabrol-Mathieu will be present to reveal their backstage.
Another significant novelty: the Jean VIGO Institute will present Two evenings of amateur film archivesretracing the memory and traditions of the region through images shot in Thuir, Perpignan, Le Barcarès or Vinça. A vibrant tribute to Catalan territory.
Finally, the Masterclass cinema remains a must. This year, festival -goers will be able to dialogue with Patrick Timsit, Isabelle Nanty and Michaël Younthrough living exchanges illustrated with extracts from their greatest films. “” “We trace their journey, we ask them for anecdotes, and often, they lend themselves to the game with great generosity”Explains Anaïs Demaison.
The “show of chefs”: star kitchen and good -natured atmosphere
Pelliculive would not be what he is without his incredible live culinary shows. The biggest names in the kitchen – Jean-François Plage, Gilles Goujon, Christophe Michalak or Laurent Lemal, Kevin de Porre and Coralie Coms – will follow one another on stage for demonstrations as tasty as it is spectacular.
“The first year, we threw them on stage saying: you have 30 minutes, make us dream!“Recalls Anaïs.”And since then, it has become a flagship moment: the public is participating, the chefs have fun, and the artists often come to taste the dishes on stage. It’s at home, but with Michelin stars!”

Powerful and committed voices
Friday, September 5, the evening will have a committed and feminine dimension. Naël, a young laureate of the Eloquentia eloquence competition, will come to deliver a hard -hitting discourse entitled “Where are women?”, In the introduction to an evening that will put female voices in the spotlight, with the concerts of Santa, Kimberose and Lisa Jazz Trio. An evening favorite of Anaïs Demaison: “Naël is incredible. His speech upset me. This is also that, Pelliculive: give voice to youth and emerging talents.”
Concerts … with friends
On the scene side, the “family” spirit is omnipresent. “” “Programming is 100% of friends“Confides Anaïs.”They come to play one evening, but often stay all weekend to live the festival with us.” This year, Patrick Fiori, Amir, Thomas Dutronc, Ycare, Santa, Kimberose or Dj Philippe Corti will vibrate the evenings.
A disguised fence… completely crazy!
As tradition has been since the first edition (thank you Michaël Youn!), Saturday evening will end in total disguise. The public, the artists, the organizers … Everyone plays the game for a completely crazy evening.
And this year, a competition for the best costume is launched! The godfather of the festival, François-Xavier Demaison, will walk the park to award the cost of disguise of the yearwith a 3 -day pass for the 2026 edition. A final signed DJ Philippe Corti, which will undoubtedly be explosive.
A human -sized festival
With around 3000 people a day, Pelliculive remains an event on a human scale, where we can “See a concert without being stuck to the stage”, Specifies Anaïs. This is also what makes its charm: An intimate, family, and deeply friendly atmosphere.
Pelliculive is from September 4 to 6 in Thuir.
