Meloni government, Rauti in Ancona: “Three years of economic growth, security and political stability”
“A record-breaking government that begins by bringing, for the first time in the history of the Republic, a woman to the Presidency of the Council and which, in three years, records the growth of consensus and the increase in the approval rating”, said today in Ancona the Undersecretary of Defense Senator Isabella Rauti together with the Governor of the Marche Region Francesco Acquaroli, recently reconfirmed for the second mandate.
In a meeting at the Fisheries Fair Auditorium, the undersecretary analyzed the results of the first three years of Government, with particular focus on the issues of economic growth and development, employment, security and defense. “A cohesive majority”, added the senator, “which is implementing the government program for which it was voted to lead Italy, restoring international centrality, political stability and credibility for investors to the nation”.
In Ancona – which on 4 November will host the celebration of the Armed Forces and National Unity – some of the objectives achieved by the Defense were also analyzed in a global scenario of instability in which old conflicts and new hybrid wars and cyber attacks persist. “We continue to support the Ukrainian people in their defense by sending military aid and we are present with Italian contingents in the 39 international peace and stability missions” – underlined the Senator Rauti – “We have strengthened the national Safe Roads operation with the Safe Stations device, for a total of 6,800 units, for the monitoring of the territory and the deterrence of threats. We have introduced 2,800 units of personnel in operational readiness, capable of rapid deployment in crisis or emergency situations, and we have planned the hiring of 10,000 units of Armed Forces personnel”.
The Undersecretary also recalled Italy’s diplomatic commitment in the difficult construction of the truce in Gaza and the food and health aid delivered to the Palestinian people with the contribution of the Armed Forces. “The Meloni Government is close to the Armed Forces and the Police Forces with concrete and pragmatic attention; it appreciates their role as guarantors of the security of citizens and the State and the oath taken to the Homeland” – concluded the senator.
