Nearly 20 years ago, the ctnow.com Meadows Music Theatre changed its name New England Dodge Music Center — abandoning the “Meadows” name that was attached to the outdoor Hartford music venue since it opened in 1995.
However, come 2026, guests will finally be able to visit the Meadows Music Theatre again. The Xfinity Theatre, the venue’s name for more than a decade, will once again become the Meadows Music Theatre in anticipation of its 2026 concert season, according to a news release.
Currently, two shows have already been announced for the venue for the 2026 season: MGK on June 6 and Riley Green on Aug. 14.
