Iran Attacks Israel: Tel Aviv Hit, Injuries Reported

Iranian air strikes again bombarded Tel Aviv, the capital of Israel, after the United States (US) claimed dialogue with Tehran to end the war. A number of buildings were damaged and several people were injured as a result of the Iranian attack.

Reported Anadolu Agency And Al JazeeraTuesday (24/3/2026), smoke began billowing over Tel Aviv following reports of an Iranian missile attack and falling shrapnel, according to Israel’s Channel 12.

Four affected locations have been identified across the city, with 6 people suffering minor injuries, said Zaki Heller, a spokesman for Israel’s national emergency medical, disaster and ambulance service, or Magen David Adom (MDA).

Search operations are still ongoing at the affected locations, the spokesperson added. No further details have been released at this time.

Video footage broadcast live from Israel showed extensive damage in parts of Tel Aviv following Iran’s latest missile attack.

At one location, emergency workers and police converged on a busy, debris-strewn street, with several cars badly damaged – one overturned and others mangled.

Regional escalation has continued to escalate since the US and Israel launched a joint attack on Iran on February 28, which has so far killed more than 1,340 people, including Iran’s then Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei.

Tehran has retaliated with drone and missile attacks targeting Israel, along with Jordan, Iraq and Gulf states hosting US military assets, causing casualties and damage to infrastructure and disrupting global markets and flights.
