Details Emerge on the Improvised Explosive Device (IED)

to carry the explosive mechanism to the site. According to police sources, the suspects arrived on a scooter without license plates and secured the backpack to the vehicle using a padlock. The explosion caused damage to the building’s windows and facade.

Eyewitness Account: “A Very Loud Sound, Very Intense”
A witness staying at a nearby hotel described the moment of the explosion: There was a very loud sound, very intense. I understood it from the beginning and I felt it was an explosion.
The witness further added, There was a fear of not happening something similar. There was no smoke, we didn’t see anything.
