Jakarta –
The government asks entrepreneurs not to terminate employment (PHK). This was conveyed directly by the Coordinating Minister for the Economy, Airlangga Hartarto, during a dialogue with the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin).
Airlangga suggested that entrepreneurs not only prioritize profit and loss in business. However, said Airlangga, entrepreneurs must be able to survive in order to continue to provide employment.
“The government hopes that the Kadin entrepreneurs who have been trained in Magelang with the spirit of Mount Tidar, will not resign not to do layoffs.

“This entrepreneur must come out as the Winner, and become a winner if he hires labor, and continues to open up opportunities,” he continued.
He further said, the government would be open to receiving proposals to policies that could create jobs.
“So, go ahead. We are open to proposals for policies that can create job creation, and make people have the opportunity,” he said.
