(Ideal-investor.fr) – Acquaflash, based in Brasilia, generated a turnover of around 6 million euros in 2024. The company employs around 380 people and specializes in laundry for the health sector, mainly for the supply of flat linen.
Elis acquired 100% of Lavanderia Hospitalar Acqua Flash Ltda with the aim of consolidating its presence in Brazil, a market considered dynamic by the group. The integration of Acquaflash into Elis’ accounts will be effective from November 1, 2025.
This acquisition is part of Elis’ strategy to strengthen its territorial network in Latin America and improve its capacity to serve its customers in the hospital sector in Brazil. Elis, present in 31 countries, is recognized for its circular services model and its commitment to environmental objectives.
