Addendum to the press release of October 24th, paragraph 6:

The public prosecutor’s office and the Cologne police announce:

After the serious attack on a 21-year-old club visitor, two private individuals have offered rewards totaling 7,000 euros for relevant information that leads to the capture of the perpetrators.

Since this is a private competition, legal action regarding payment is excluded.

The 21-year-old got into an argument with four unknown men in a discotheque on Roonstrasse on Saturday night (October 11th). After leaving the club around 3 a.m., they allegedly inflicted serious head injuries on him by punching and kicking him near a snack bar.

A first public search call on October 24th has not yet led to any clarification of the crime. According to witness statements, one of the attackers was said to be around 20 years old. His height is estimated at 1.80 meters. At the time of the crime he had short blonde hair and was wearing a white shirt and light-colored pants.
