“A through the Municipalities of Concepción, Penco and Tomé and SONOour partners in the BioBío region, delivered 250 refrigerators and 250 stoves to store and prepare the food that has already been donated in other successful campaigns carried out throughout the country,” he details.
The delivery of a monetary donation was also announced for the personnel who are fighting the flames and those who support the emergency. “An extra donation of 12 million pesos was given to the Concepción Fire Department so that they can continue to attend emergency calls and be able to focus on the reconstruction stage that families need so much,” the same statement details.
“In addition, a third monetary donation will be given to restaurants and distributors so that they can offer prepared food to first aid personnel who need to be alert to emergency calls in this catastrophe,” he adds.
