The Italian market closed September with an increase of 3.9% of registrations. Hybrid cars, however, grow well beyond average, confirming the importance of electrification for manufacturers. The latter must in fact propose models capable of satisfying customer requests and, at the same time, respect the rigid constraints on emissions. Hybrides are growing
As the official data confirms, in fact, the HEV (category that includes Mild Hybrid and Full Hybrid) record a 7%growth, thanks above all to the Mild Hybrid (+12.4%), for a market share of 45.2%. Also noteworthy is the excellent data of Plug-in Hybrid which close the month of September with 11,062 distributed units and a growth of 163.9% compared to last year, for a market share of 8.7%. In the partial annual, however, the Hevs are growing by 9%, with a 45.2%market share, while the Hybrid plug-in recorded an increase of 72.1%, with a market share that reaches 8.7%(clearly exceeding the electricity, stopped at 5.6%).

As for the plug-in hybrid cars, however, the top 5 of the month of September The Volkswagen Golf, with 569 units, and in fourth place the Volkswagen Tiguan, with 592 units, sees fifth place. On the podium there is room for the Toyota C-HR, with 617 enrolled specimens, preceding the BMW X1, second with 1,016 units distributed on the Italian market. To lead the ranking, however, is the Byd Seal U which has reached a total of 1,836 units registered during the month of September. Taking a look at the partial annualon the other hand, we find the same models but with a slightly different order. In this case, in fact, the Top 5 includes Volkswagen Golf (2,635), Volkswagen Tiguan (3,877), BMW X1 (5.046), Toyota C-HR (6,275) and Byd Seal U (10.801).
