Artificial intelligence tools have become an essential and pivotal part of the lives of users around the world, from those who use them primitively to write official emails to professionals who rely on them completely in their work.

The study relied on collecting data from July 2024 to August 2025, and divided the data into 3 basic criteria to determine the best artificial intelligence tool. These criteria include:

• The rate of appearance and spread of the tool among users.
• The annual growth volume of the instrument.
• The time the user spends with the tool and the evaluation of the user’s experience with the tool in general.

The company then standardized the units of measurement for these criteria, gave each tool a percentage score, and then evaluated the tool based on its results in these three criteria.

This study is one of the most comprehensive studies on the popularity of artificial intelligence tools in the search for the best artificial intelligence tool in general.

GPT Chat always prevails

“GPT Chat” emerged superior in the “One Little Web” study, as the study showed that “GPT Chat” alone is responsible for a share exceeding 48% of the total artificial intelligence tools with a rate exceeding 5 billion visits per month, followed by “Grok” despite being the most recent to join the list.

But in terms of duration of use and session duration, the “Cloud” tool has the largest session duration, exceeding 16 minutes at a time. In terms of Chinese models, the study showed that the rate of use of “Deep Sick” decreased by more than 39% after the first months of its launch.

Statistics from the famous American statistics website Statcounter tell a similar story, as they show that GBT Chat alone controls 81% of the total chatbot sector, followed by Perplexity with an 11% share.

It should be noted that StatCounter’s statistics are concerned with the rate of visits to Internet pages and do not look at phone applications or the duration of use of each tool.

In another study published by the Pew Center (PEW) on the rate of use of social media platforms and chatbots by teenagers from 12 to 17 years old in the United States, “GBT Chat” came out on top with a usage rate exceeding 59%. This study was based on 1,500 teenagers who were randomly selected from all races and groups.

Expert choice

The story of GBT Chat’s superiority over other artificial intelligence tools continues with the opinions of experts, as the American technology magazine “BC Magazine” published a report on the best artificial intelligence tools from the point of view of its editors.

The GBT Chat model prevailed, which the report described as the best overall in the artificial intelligence sector, adding that its rapid access to updated information and its capabilities make it the best.

The American “Zdnet” report also chose the “GPT Chat” tool because it is the best artificial intelligence tool in general, for non-specialized daily use.

But the story is a little different when it comes to various measurement standards, as the “LMarena” website, which specializes in evaluating artificial intelligence robots, believes that “Gemini 3 Pro” is much smarter than “GBT Chat” and surpasses it in many aspects.

There is no always right choice

AI models and tools have a unique and very different status from other technologies, because they are not subject to generalization rules and fixed assumptions.

The results of artificial intelligence change based on the mechanism of use and the way the question and command are directed and dealt with directly, which makes it more unique than usual technologies, and also makes it difficult to identify an ideal and distinctive tool in general.

Therefore, determining the best AI tool depends primarily on determining the type of use that the user seeks first.
