AUSTIN, Texas — The Austin Police Department requests the public’s collaboration to identify a person of interest in relation to Keaton Delcore, a 29 -year -old man who received a deadly shot on June 22, 2025. The incident occurred at approximately 12:29 am at the Apple Mart Mart de Wickers Lane’s Apple Mart Mart.
Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Service responded to the report of a man bleeding on the ground. Upon arriving, they found Delcore with cervical trauma. He was transferred to a hospital, where he was declared dead at 1.
Homicide detectives and crime scene processed the scene and interviewed witnesses. The investigation revealed that Delcore had an interaction with an unidentified man in the parking lot before receiving the shot. The suspect fled the place.
Detectives have published images of the suspect, described as a dark skinned man with short dreadlocks. He wore white shoes, light blue jeans and a black long -sleeved shirt with a large white “s” possibly a symbol of the front.
The authorities urge anyone with information, photos or videos related to the case to communicate with the Austin Police Department at 512-974-TIPS. Anonymous clues can also be sent through the Crime Program of the Capital Area visiting Austincrimstoppers.org or calling 512-472-8477. A reward of up to $ 1,000 is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
This case marks the 30th Homicide in Austin in 2025.
