The South Jakarta Religious Court has officially decided on the application for guardianship of the children of the late comedian Mpok Alpa. In this decision, AjieDarmaji as the deceased’s husband was legally designated as the legal guardian for their three underage children.
With this decision, Ajie Darmaji has full authority to represent his three children in various legal matters, both inside and outside court.
However, of Mpok Alpa’s four children, his first child, Sherly, is not included in the guardianship list. This is because Sherly is considered old enough to not need a legal guardian.

Regarding the busy issue of heirs and guardianship, Ajie Darmaji explained that the application to the court was solely made for administrative purposes.
“Approval from the court. The problem is that there are things we want to take care of regarding administration like that. There are no things that we want to sell, sell or sell that, no,” said Ajie Darmaji when met in the Cinere area, Depok, Saturday (7/2/2026).
Ajie then invited his attorney, Zaki R Mosabasa, to provide further explanation regarding the court decision. Zaki emphasized that what the court decided was not only a matter of guardianship, but also the determination of heirs.
“Well, yesterday the decision to determine inheritance was decided. So, this determination of inheritance is intended to declare who the heirs of the deceased are,” explained Zaki.
He added that in the decision, Sherly was still listed as the heir even though she was not included in the guardianship.
“From the results of the decision, it is clear that the deceased’s heirs consist of Mr. Ajie, his young children; Rafi, Rafa, Fatih, including Sherly. Well, Sherly is included in his rights as an heir,” he continued.
Meanwhile, Ajie Darmaji ensured that communication with his four children, including Sherly, was going well.
“That’s it, that’s it. Because I really put these four children in. That’s how, starting from the wealth we have, it’s like I’m ‘mpok’, I put them in these four children. Like Brother Sherly, Al-Fatih, Rafi, Rafa,” said Ajie.
He also emphasized that there were no problems in their family relationship, including with Sherly.
“Yes, there has been communication. The communication is good with all the children. And they are more open and more relaxed,” he concluded.
