On Monday, June 9th, the blank”>2025 BET Awards in Los Angeles drew a crowd of stars. Among those making a statement on the red carpet was Young Thug, who arrived with Mariah, sporting a furry mask and a duck-shaped bag.

Footage of Young Thug and Mariah’s red carpet appearance captured an awkward moment between the Atlanta rapper and onlookers. As the couple moved through the crowd, Young thug shook hands with a woman who praised his music.

However, after passing the group, Mariah seemed inclined to return.Young Thug instead guided her forward, pausing briefly to extend a middle finger towards someone off-camera. Mariah eventually acquiesced,and they continued their walk.

This isn’t the first time Young Thug has been seen wearing a notable mask. In an April interview with blank”>GQ, he also wore a mask covering his face.
