Governor Maricel Velásquez stressed that given the proximity of the Easter season, the health authorities of the entity have deployed a massive immunization plan to prevent the spread of yellow fever.

The regional leader announced that they are analyzing the possibility of holding vaccination days in ports and airports on the island to prevent any spread of yellow fever on the islands.
