Fatal Accident Halts Quarry Operations

A somber atmosphere has descended upon the Carrara marble quarries following a fatal accident that claimed the life of a 59-year-old worker, Paolo Lambruschi. The incident occurred this morning in the Fantiscritti area of Miseglia, when the dumper truck he was operating plunged several meters, resulting in instant death.

Emergency services,including paramedics,firefighters,and law enforcement,rushed to the scene. However, their efforts were in vain, as Lambruschi was pronounced dead at the site. the ASL (local health authority) prevention, hygiene, and safety operators are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
