Amsterdam-based enterprise artificial intelligence agent platform Wonderful has raised $129.8 million in a Series B investment round. euros (150 million US dollars). After this transaction, the value of the company reaches 1.7 billion. euros (2 billion US dollars).

The investment round was led by Insight Partners, with participation from existing investors Index Ventures, IVP, Bessemer Venture Partners and Vine Ventures. in 2025 in November, “Wonderful” had attracted 86.5 million. EUR (US$100 million) in a Series A investment round led by Index Ventures – just three months after the 29.4 million EUR (US$ 34 million) initial (Seed) investments.

“In 2026, businesses will decide who to partner with to bring AI across the organization, and those decisions will be driven by who can deliver deep integrations across complex infrastructures and tailor solutions to each organization’s unique environment.”

We’ve built our platform and operating model with this reality in mind, and the global demand we’re seeing confirms it.

This capital allows us to expand our capabilities to help businesses do what they want with AI,” said Wonderful CEO and Co-Founder Bar Winkler.

Wonderful 2025 founded by Bar Winkler (CEO) and Roey Lalazar (CTO). The company aims to enable companies to use “human-grade” agents in some of the world’s most complex environments and in a wide variety of operational scenarios.

The company combines a powerful AI platform with on-premises implementation to offer enterprise-grade AI agents worldwide. The platform allows you to create, monitor and optimize AI agents to serve customers and help streamline work processes across all departments of the company.

According to Wonderful, technology alone is not enough to scale AI in enterprises. This requires an agent platform and on-site teams capable of deploying agents in complex organizations.

The company says that by building “full-cycle” teams that work together in one place and are delegated directly to the customer’s environment, Wonderful can ensure close collaboration with enterprise stakeholders, accelerate system integrations, and continue optimization long after the solution is deployed.

As a result, according to the company, agents can move from a pilot stage to a full production environment in days or weeks, rather than months – even in highly regulated, operationally complex areas.

The Dutch company is building a horizontal foundation for enterprises that can be adapted to many different use cases and workflows, instead of providing isolated, isolated point solutions.

“The architecture is designed from the ground up to be model agnostic: it continuously compares and selects the model that works best for each use case, while remaining flexible as the model market changes.”

It applies the most advanced engineering practices, including harness-based evaluation and self-healing design, to ensure agents remain reliable in production environments,” Wonderful said in a press release.

The company emphasizes that as companies activate more and more use cases on the same base architecture, the value created grows over time.

Organizations can partner with Wonderful to deploy solutions quickly, while maintaining the ability to grow, improve, and ultimately manage their own AI capabilities.

“More than 70% of companies that start with a single use case expand the solution to additional workflows within the first three months. This growth is possible because we have built a common foundation for the core systems from day one. Once this architecture is in place, the activation of new use cases becomes faster, more predictable and increasingly controlled by the company itself,” added B. Winkler.

Wonderful says its operating model can be applied consistently across industries. In the telecommunications, financial services, healthcare or manufacturing sectors, companies are automating both customer service and internal processes.

According to the company, during the implementations, the agents achieved tangible results: task processing time was reduced by up to 60%, independent problem resolution rates exceeded 80%, and organizations were able to abandon the old solutions of automation suppliers and save millions of euros annually due to greater efficiency.

With the new capital, Wonderful plans to continue investing in its agency platform and accelerate its global expansion. The company plans to grow its workforce from 350 to around 900 by the end of the year to serve more companies with on-site implementation teams.

In the eight months since the company emerged from stealth mode, Wonderful has expanded rapidly, reaching more than 30 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Latin America, as well as deploying production readiness agents in telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing and healthcare companies.
