In Vaison-la-Romaine, a young entrepreneur full of energy has shaken up the fitness scene.
Léa, originally from Vaison and only 26 years old, launched an ambitious adventure a little over a year ago: creating a gym that really meets the needs of today’s women.
Driven by a deep desire to act without judgment, Léa opened Power Vaison, a room designed as a space of well-being, strength and sharing. Here, everyone is welcomed with kindness, whatever their physical condition or level: beginner, experienced athlete or in the midst of personal transformation.
Léa had a clear idea in mind: to offer a place where sport rhymes with pleasure, listening and personalized support. It has therefore integrated into its offer sessions dedicated to pregnant women, with adapted sports support to support each person safely in their physical well-being throughout the pregnancy. But the innovation doesn’t stop there! The room offers classes throughout the day, from morning until evening and even between noon and two, to accommodate the often busy schedules of working women. And because moving is also having fun, reggaeton dance classes are offered with Penny on Thursday evenings, creating a joyful and friendly atmosphere that makes you want to surpass yourself in music.
Whether it’s Pilates, targeted muscle strengthening such as abs and buttocks, or other group classes, everyone finds their place and their own rhythm. Léa was able to breathe real positive energy into Power, placing the well-being of members at the heart of her project. Prices vary depending on the packages chosen and the classes taken, ranging from Pilates sessions to muscle strengthening classes: a range of flexible options for all desires.
