The officials determined that, the 26 -year -old female took advantage of the vulnerability of the complainant, who suffers from visual disability and had allowed her to enter her home, to subtract her belongings in order to market them and obtain an illicit profit.
The procedure was carried out in the adjacencies where the event occurred and was placed to the order of the Public Ministry.
