Due to a statewide cybersecurity incident affecting the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA), the Whitfield County Superior Court Clerk’s Office is currently unable to access GSCCCA related services, Whitfield County Clerk of Superior Court Babs Bailey said.
The following are temporarily unavailable:
• Real Estate eFiling
• Real Estate Indexing & Searches
• PT-61 / Online Real Estate Search
• UCC Filings
• Notary Applications
• OBTS Transmitting
• Any services that require GSCCCA website access
Clerk Bailey said, “The Clerk’s Office will provide updates as information becomes available. Thank you for your continued patience and know that GSCCCA is working diligently to restore services.”
