The Steinburg care association is breaking new ground. Training for voluntary legal support is offered on eight evenings, every Monday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The curriculum starts on February 23, 2026 with a non-binding introductory event. We would like to reach both carers (including relatives) who would like to consolidate their knowledge, as well as people who are interested in volunteer care. Participation is free of charge, with a minimum number of ten participants.
Expert guest speakers have been announced on some topics. It is about the legal basis and cooperation with the care court and the care authority as well as the topics of social benefits, mental illness, care, communication and supported decision-making. The series of events will conclude with the handover of certificates in the presence of the supervisory authority.
