A new mural has seen the light of day at Place des Aires. Its theme is knowledge, music, sculpture, painting, literature. The fresco is equidistant from the village school and the media library, which are two places where knowledge is provided.
The mayor and the educational team hope that they will be likely to attract and awaken the minds of schoolchildren and that they will be a source of questions for teachers while being a fun way to learn about the origins of the village but also to learn more about the various arts present there.
These are four specialized painters from the Vincent Ducaroy Company: Lucile, Emmanuelle, Anaïs and Willy who created this magnificent work which pursues the aim of beautifying the village as well as a playful awakening to knowledge combined with a better knowledge of the life and history of the village. This is a €25,000 project, 30% of which is financed by the Departmental Council, 50% by the metropolis and the balance by the municipality.
