A New Chapter Begins

Former Freeskier and “Farmen” program director Tiril Sjåstad Christiansen, 29, and her fiancé Stian Lauritzen, 36, have expanded their family. On Saturday, they announced the arrival of their third child, a baby boy.

We gave birth to a little boy yesterday, March 20, Christiansen confirmed.

The couple, already parents to daughter Vega, 4, and son Skage, 2, shared their joy with fans. Very great and crazy to suddenly be a three-child mom, she added, reflecting the whirlwind of emotions that come with a growing family.

Wedding Plans on Hold, Family Life in Full Swing

Sjåstad Christiansen and lauritzen’s journey hasn’t been without its detours. The couple got engaged in December 2018, but their wedding plans, initially set for italy in the summer of 2020, where postponed due to the pandemic.

In a 2022 interview, Christiansen even pondered if they might remain unmarried for the rest of their lives. However, this year brought renewed hope as they revealed their search for a new wedding venue, specifically a mansion in Sweden.

The story Behind the Name

When asked about the inspiration behind their son’s name, Christiansen explained:

We don’t really remember when the name came to us, but have two “unusual” names of our other two children and would continue in the same style.Also, we are very fond of the winter month than and think the name was very cool,
