The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court has rejected a request from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) to remove Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of National Unity Alexei Chernyshov from his position for two months.

Judge Vax announced the decision on Wednesday. The ruling can be appealed within five days, with the full text to be released on July 4.

“The investigative judge in such ‘evidence’ saw an attempt to pressure him.”

As of July 1, Chernyshov had not yet paid the UAH 120 million deposit.
